Empathia Village provides assistance with the Government Sanction process as part of transaction support. Government taxes, duties, registration charges and other applicable statutory costs are payable separately by the purchaser and are not included in the advertised villa price. Applicable charges for the selected property and transaction structure are explained before proceeding. If approval cannot be obtained despite the buyer meeting the agreed conditions, the plot reservation amount is refunded under the reservation agreement.
We also help purchasers prepare for an applicable Seychelles Residence Permit procedure. The project team reports successful past client applications, but individual eligibility and the final decision rest with the immigration authority.
