Built on Mahé's
Natural Granite

Every villa is constructed directly on Mahé Island's natural volcanic granite terrain — no land-fill, no artificial foundations. The result is a home that is literally part of the island.

Phase I site clearance and road preparation are complete. Foundation works for the first residences are underway with full completion expected within 12 months per villa.

Why Build Here

Natural Rock.
Tropical Slope.

Building on Mahé's granite hillside is not a construction challenge — it is a construction advantage. The rock provides a permanent, immovable foundation that no engineered base can replicate.

Each villa plot is terraced into the natural contours of the slope, ensuring maximum privacy from neighbours and unobstructed views across the Indian Ocean.

Class 1 Construction License — highest classification in Seychelles
In-house design and engineering team — full project control
