Built on Mahé's
Natural Granite

Every villa is constructed directly on Mahé Island's natural volcanic granite terrain — no land-fill, no artificial foundations. The result is a home that is literally part of the island.

Phase I site clearance and road preparation are complete. Foundation works for the first residences are underway. Completion of the full estate is planned for 2030; plot-specific handover schedules are confirmed in the buyer documentation.
