Empathia Village is a gated community of 35 private luxury residences set on the hillside above Baie Lazare — one of Mahé Island's most celebrated bays — with the Indian Ocean as a constant backdrop.

The estate is positioned between two of the Indian Ocean's finest resorts: Four Seasons Resort Seychelles and Kempinski Seychelles Resort.
